Chef Sara Guccione presents culinary masterpieces and wines from Italy. Enjoy a five-course dinner with wine pairings. Champagne reception at 6:30 p.m. with dinner served promptly at 7 p.m.

Course 1:  Classic Italian potato and fennel pizzette with an heirloom tomato and burrata accompaniment.

Course 2:  Jumbo grilled prawns over a classic risotto with a truffle lemon cream sauce.

Course 3:  Sun dried omato tortellini filled with a creamy kale, fontina and ricotta stuffing served with a guanciale vodka sauce.

Course 4:  Bone-in veal chop marsala paired with flowering garlic broccolini.

Course 5:  Dessert trio of blood orange panna cotta, rosemary polenta cookie and espresso chocolate mousse with a lemon biscotti crust.
